What To Do On Vijaya Ekadashi 2024?

• You are advised to take a bath during the Brahma Muhurat on the day of Vijaya Ekadashi, wear clean clothes, and meditate on Lord Vishnu. 
• According to ancient scriptures, it is believed to be very important and auspicious to take a bath in the holy river Ganga. However, if that is not possible for you, you should add a few drops of Ganga water to your bath.
• Also, making donations on this day increases your chances of good fortune.
• You should worship Goddess Lakshmi along with Lord Vishnu on this auspicious day to attract their blessings. Additionally, you should circumambulate the Peepal tree.
• You can get rid of all kinds of marital problems by offering turmeric, saffron and banana to Lord Vishnu. Later on, use them while cooking for yourself so that you consume them as Prasad.

What Not To Do On Vijaya Ekadashi 2024?

• Eating rice on Ekadashi is forbidden in Sanatan Dharm, especially on the Vijaya Ekadashi.
• You should also not lie on an auspicious day like this as it can increase the problems in your life.
• You must stick to a Sattvic diet and refrain from consuming meat, alcohol, onion, or garlic.
