• The Dev Diwali Tithi will start on Sunday, November 26 at 3:53 pm and end on Friday, November 27 at 2:45 pm.
• Although any festival in the Hindu religion is celebrated according to Udaya Tithi, so, this festival will be celebrated on the full moon day on November 27, but the worship of Dev Diwali is done in Pradosh Kaal which is falling on 26th November.

Dev Diwali 2023 Shubh Muhurat 

• The auspicious time for worship of Dev Diwali i.e. the Pradosh Kaal will start from 5:08 pm on November 26 and will end at 7:47 pm. It would be best to perform the puja within this period of two hours.
• In this auspicious time, after the puja, make 11, 21, 51 or 108 flour lamps. Then add oil or ghee to them and light them preferably on the banks of river Ganga and offer them to Goddess Ganga and Lord Shiva. Doing this will bring good fortune.

Dev Diwali 2023 Significance

It is believed that celebrating Dev Diwali has double significance. Firstly, on this day Lord Shiva killed the demon named Tripurasur and secondly, on the day of Dev Uthani Ekadashi, all the gods including Lord Vishnu wake up and on the day of Diwali, after pleasing the gods, they invite them to come back home.
